The Tiva is a lot less expensive than the STM32F4. It might even be 
possible to make a "1-bit DAC" using the PWM output and a capacitor. 
It's a matter of how much RAM is needed and whether we can get all of 
the tables in FLASH rather than RAM. Since our HF mode doesn't use VQ, 
we can #ifdef out some code and large tables.
