Hi all,

I have a project that I would like to use Codec 2 with.

Has anyone ever played with compiling this to a standalone IC?

I am looking for some guidance as to how to do this (suitable processor,
etc), if someone has not already done it.

It would be ideal to have a low pin count DIP processor that requires
minimal external components and I can load the audio into it serially
(from my ADC which I already have) and then it outputs the data serially
(to go down the line via my line driver).

Has anyone already got anything close to this before I go and reinvent
the wheel?

Also it would need to decode as an inverse of the above.

Kind regards,

Sam
