Valgrind intermittently tells me that an uninitialized value coming from
the malloc() in freedv_open() is getting to synthesize_one_frame(). But
I can't isolate which field it is. Perhaps if you can run "valgrind
--track-origins=yes" on your test programs you might see this. It
doesn't seem to happen with every run.
