There are a whole suite of tools for this via SWS as well. Use the
http://www.sws.bom.gov.au/Category/HF%20Systems/Online%20Tools/Prediction%20Tools/HF/HF.php
and network selection tool to model circuits between arbitrary global
points.

Failing that there is a huge list of isonode locations to pick from for HAP
modelling at http://www.sws.bom.gov.au/HF_Systems/1/1/1
