Tomas - your issues are most likely with integration, you are putting a
lot of building blocks together all at once ("big bang" integration) and
it's quite easy to make a mistake.

I've been bitten by this too - so experience has taught me to build
these systems up very carefully and with very small steps, e.g.
simulations, command line tests with C code and stored files, then over
the bench tests, and real time OTA right at the end.

I'll take a look at your modem samples this weekend.

Jeroen has the advantage of a known good interface between the modem and
radio by re-using freedv-gui, so all he has to worry about is the
protocol - which has been carefully tested (and backed by ctests).
