Pi could talk to the ZYNQ SM3000 PCB on USB . There is plenty of BW on the USB.

Why don't you make a Raspberry Pi daughter board? It gives people some latitude in choosing how much compute they want, and it's a lot less expensive than most compute solutions you could put together. It provides ethernet, Wi-Fi, lots of USB, lots of undedicated I/O. And they will upgrade faster than you. You might have to change the box.
