The SID shouldn't normally appear unless cookie's are turned off. Regardless
I doubt that the spiders know "/sid/JIlJilfahgaui" is present. My
understanding is that SE spiders don't like .php or other backend type
extensions and query strings,
http://www.domain.com/index.html/foo/bar/sid/jkIUjldkja/SCN/welcome is
therefore still friendly.
We just launched www.ally.com using this method. I'm tracking sid's but
again you won't see them unless cookie's are off.
The log reports at www.ally.com have shown that spiders are indeed visiting,
though I'm unaware as to how far they've indexed.
