1. Freevo refuses to run without local_config.py. Is this the expected behavior?
IMHO yes. It can't be right without config. Some things need to be configured. But maybe we could remove the exit() and only print the warning. What do other people think about this?
I also think it should exit if there's no configuration. However, in the future, when we have a nice configuraton interface it could go right into that first.
