It sounds better to "negotiate on functionality" rather than to "ask 
permission to leach their site" :-)

Second, instead of parsing apple's site, it would be much more 
convenient to receive a rss/xml stream  from them. Or, maybe they have a 
webservice that provides trailers. It at least is more friendly for 
their server load.
