- include Apple's logo on the trailers menu - add some textual 'news flash' from Apple - add some advertisement space for Apple (I won't vote for that one, btw.) - ... It sounds better to "negotiate on functionality" rather than to "ask permission to leach their site" :-) Second, instead of parsing apple's site, it would be much more convenient to receive a rss/xml stream from them. Or, maybe they have a webservice that provides trailers. It at least is more friendly for their server load.
