It may not update the freevo.pot file, at the moment there are two lines
in df.py that it cannot handle. I'm just looking at these now.

I had to make a change to the freevo.po (es) the charset was UTF-8 but
needs to be ISO-8859-1 for msgfmt to work. This is in svn rel-1 branch.
