I'm thinking about helping the first time users with configuration. There are two bits that are not so easy to configure, games and TV.
In the latest rel-1 svn I've added a helper module to scan the video devices and print out some settings, but can't test this on all video devices. Would someone like to run it and post the output. I would really like to know about cards that are not ivtv, bttv.
