Ok, looks like the broadcaster has 2 more services in the PMT than there are in the VCT, translation this is a broadcasters configuration error, don't worry about it. I will look into why dvbstreamer is saying it doesn't know what type of service they are though, you can only get TV services on ATSC so I've obviously forgotten to set something there.
