Don't think so.  Here we have a thing call HD radio.  HD stands for
hybrid digital.  somtimes it is analog, sometimes digital. over half
of the dump from one of them is 0x55. also there is a sequence
0x47 0x1F 0xFF 0x17 0x50 that repeat,  maybe a header.
Why we the U.S. couldn't use the same standard as the reset of the
world is beyond me.  not that one is better than the other.
