Dishi, Jason, While working on some new features in imdb and subtitles plugins in Freevo 1.9.2. I noticed that data corruptions happens in the imdb plugin. Now this only happens while running core Freevo. I cannot duplicate it while running Freevo imdb helper nor my standalone test scripts. It does occur quite often, especially when retrieving tv series episode data (there is a lot of IO activity while downloading episode data, much more than standard movie data). The only thing that comes to my mind is the corruption (the episode title gets corrupt or the movie title) happens during context switching in the kaa threads module. As I said, I cannot duplicate this in the freevo imdb helper nor in my test script. I use latest imdbpy library (from mercurial) and freevo 1.9.2 git version.
Initially I have thought this to be imdbpy problem, even logged an issue: https://bitbucket.org/alberanid/imdbpy/issue/15/corrupt-movie-or-tv-series-title but it seems it's in Freevo. I cannot see any issue with the code in the plugin, it's exactly the same as in the helper and my test script Any thoughts guys?
