You need pylcd, that is not in the last release (sorry, will be in the next).
In the meantime, get the file I'm sending you and put it in:
$FREEVO_PATH/runtime/lib/python2.2/site-packages/
where $FREEVO_PATH is where your freevo is installed (if you used the
RPMs, this should be /usr/local/freevo)
