This is fine as long as the CVS freevo was installed into the system under
the python library path. If it's running from its own folder (e.g.,
/usr/local/freevo), then I believe it needs all the runtime stuff
including mmpython in $FREEVO/runtime/...

In that case, I believe you can just copy the new mmpython over the
older mmpython stuff in the runtime.
