I'm using the ivtv_record plugin but I do have a box in work that will 
be using dvb so I'll keep an eye out.

I switched from my g400 and directfb to X a few months back so again 
can't help here sorry but I haven't had much time to test lately. I'll 
try get some time to give current svn of rel-1 a bit more of a thorough 
test.
