Yessssssssssssssssss

I have made the big jump :
aptitude remove freevo
rm -r <all freevo directories listed before>

And install 1.8.2. from source

imaging library missing so I install it

And it seems to works fine, can't test everything (my wife watching TV) 
but it start and record server seems to be available

Now I will try to launch freevo with normal user (not root), for the 
moment I have user not authorised to start X server --> so it isn't a 
freevo problem....
