Does this mean that the configs are available three times in the target
FS? Weren't we having a discussion at the beginning about the importance
of saving some dozen KB's?

Three times? Hmm... only two times at the moment.. but i think I will
kick the /usr/share/shorewall/configfiles with my next commit... so
this is fixed.
