Correct.. config stuff

Wrong.. here are macros (http://www.shorewall.net/Macros.html)

* /usr/share/shorewall/configfiles
Kicked with my last commit

/etc/shorewall and /usr/share/shorewall gets striped down (removing of
comments, empty lines,...) to save space. The user can deselct the
strip-down option, but the default is to strip everything.
