Having this as a new "resolution" is only possible via "hacking" trac (quite easy infact), but this won't be what you want: a resolved ticket, whatever the resolution is, is closed. I'd suggest (ab)using the not-at-all-used "Severity" field, which is fairly easy possible via the Administration page of our trac installation. If you don't want to introduce a new field, a new "Type" or even a new "Milestone" would be sufficient, too. All of them are just a click away.
