What is the advantage of a autonomus netboot image? You still need a
device to boot from. I do not see a useful case for that. May be you
can enlighten me, and I give it a try.
I just finished the kernel build stuff, now it is really simple to
add new targets or root filesystems, without messing around in
billions of files ;)

Most of us prefer mailinglists. Writing mail is more natural for me
than using a webbrowser. And even now, I am offline, but can still
respond to your mail and it will arrive to you, as soon as I have a
internet connection again.
