I tried to reproduce your problem. All packages install well.

Installing nfs-utils (1.0.10-1) to root...
Installing portmap (5beta-3) to root...

But to make long story short: it probably won't work anyway.

I get exactly the same errors.

Maybe experts on this list can give you a more satisfying answer, 
unfortunately I'm not one of them. ;-)
