Greetings, I have ASUS WL-500g Premium , and I have tried more firmwares - OpenWRT Whiterussian, Kamikaze, Openwrt-Freifunk, and now FreeWRT.
Now I'm trying to run (precompiled) igmpproxy under FreeWRT, and I get this error: MRT_INIT failed; Errno(99): Protocol not available I've only found a solution for Whiterussian: http://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?pid=47239 My question is: To make igmpproxy running under FreeWRT, should I just add CONFIG_IP_MROUTE=y CONFIG_IP_PIMSM_V1=y CONFIG_IP_PIMSM_V2=y to config file /freewrt 1.0.3/src/freewrt_1_0_3/target/linux/brcm-2.4/squashfs-overlay/config/config.squashfs_overlay and build the firmware ? Or is there a better way ? All I need is that users on LAN could receive multicast streams coming from WAN (they are using VLC). It's so strange, there is a compiled igmpproxy package in each OpenWRT derivate, but very little info about getting it working... Thanks in advance.
