Wow, indeed. There are the following lines in mathjax.spad.

    o(0, "%e",          nullary "ⅇ ")
    o(0, "%i",          nullary "ⅈ ")

Works for me, but if this is depending on system settings then it is
probably a good idea to change this.

I've probably put that in, because I thought the double-stroke e and i
look better than simply writing e and i. I have no good idea at the
moment what I can put there so that MathJax shows the double-stroke
version of these letters. Suggestions?
