I spoke to Jeb last night and shared with him that I can use the plotter at my work if
having large color posters 36" wide by 44" or longer would be helpful at the Earth Day
booth. I can borrow pieces of foam board and attach the posters to them or perhaps
the papers could be displayed in another manner. Then again, there may be no real use
for them. I just wanted everyone to know that we had this resource available.

Jeb asked me to share any ideas I had on the flyers and posters. I probably won't be
able to spend any time creating drafts (but will try and see if I can squeeze the time
into my schedule--it's not likely, but I'll try).

I offer the following preliminary ideas in case they might be helpful.

We should first identify what message(s) we want/need to convey. My breakdown so far
is:

Why buy organic products and products in bulk?

     Who are we?

What do we offer that's unique or special? (What do we offer that traditional
food markets don't?)

     How do people join?

What do they do and what happens after they join?

The best way to get people interested/sold on anything is to use benefit language. No
matter how obvious the connection seems, it's important not just to state facts but to
spell out what the personal advantage for people would be.

We don't have a lot of time to put things together. It would be great if we could
borrow material from the internet or old Washoe Zephyr Coop material if anyone has
access to that.

Something graphic would be great. Humor is often a bonus.

Must dash. On another note, I have two April sales catalogues and an old "buyer's
group" catalogue that I'd be happy to give away.
