Actually, I was already planning to make sure the fliers were half
pages at the most, and preferably smaller, as recommended by
Environmental Leadership. Now that we have been talking about the
meme, and keeping our message short, I am thinking we might get by
going paper-less and save time copying and cutting fliers, trying to
figure out how many, etc...

We could simply put "our message" on one of your plotter posters for
good visibility. Then at the booth, we invite people to type their
email addresses into a laptop for more information, and write down a
note with our web address to check out later (on one of the many other
pieces of paper they are sure to be carrying around ;-)

Anyway, today I am trying to organize the website with the ideas we
have been working on here, and hopefully send out some announcement
emails about Earth Day and the upcoming order shortly...

Carol, please give me a call tomorrow when you have time to help us
print a poster. (I figure we can probably just create it there
quickly in the software you have running.)

Lynne, could you create EPS files of the logos for Buy Organic and
Yoga Shack, and upload them somewhere we can download, and let us know
where you put them? I have an Adobe Illustrator file of the logo at

John Blauth, Megan Riley, Karinn and I plan to meet tonight at my
house to work on the content for the booth. If anyone else wants to
help, please let me know, (or simply send your ideas to the list ;-)

Thanks!
