Avant que Free arrive à 11 millions d'abonnés (soit tout de même 30% des
ménages), on a un peu le temps. Évidemment compter en ménage ça marchera
pas pour Free Mobile, mais tout de même.
Donc oui *certains* ont sans doute encore un peu le temps. Par contre
tous les autres, y compris les futurs qui ne sont pas encore là, moins.
C'est vrai que certains vieux grands ont beaucoup de réserve´, mais ce
qui concerne les nouveau et/ou petits beaucoup moins.

6.0 Policies and Guidelines for Assignments
Conservation and aggregation are often conflicting goals. When the
Internet Registry System goals are in conflict with the interests of
individual End Users or service providers, careful analysis and
judgement is necessary to find an appropriate compromise. The rules and
guidelines in this document are intended to help LIRs and End Users in
their search for equitable compromises.
The End Users must be assigned with enough address space to meet their
needs for a period of up to 12 months.
Starting on 1 July 2010, a gradual reduction in the assignment period
will be applied as follows:
As of 1 July 2010, the RIPE NCC or the LIRs will start assigning enough
address space to End Users to meet their needs for a period of up to
nine months.
As of 1 January 2011, the RIPE NCC or the LIRs will start assigning
enough address space to End Users to meet their needs for a period of up
to six months.
As of 1 July 2011, the RIPE NCC or the LIRs will start assigning enough
address space to End Users to meet their needs for a period of up to
three months.
