Interface down invalide les ip nat inside, et tant que l'interface n'a pas d'IP, ca n'est pas actif, et ca permet la premiere recup. Et apres, pas de DHCP recu -> Cisco fait tomber l'interface, ca invalide les ip nat (l'interface n'a pas d'IP :D) et on recommence le cycle...
