argh, I feel so stupid. I hadn't paid attention while writing the
FrugalBuild and didn't test the compiled version of pekwm of the latest
FrugalBuild.
So to keep it short, you can't start pekwm. Luckily I noticed this soon
enough and already made a fixed it in 0.1.4pre2-2
