Well, I accidently put
Fexe xinitrc.$pkgname
Ffile $pkgname.desktop
instead of
Fexe /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.$pkgname
Ffile /etc/X11/sessions/$pkgname.desktop
And because of that, it wasn't added to the DE/wm list on gdm here.
