Right!
Upstart is not an option IMO, I really dislike it's implementation -
yes, it's cool, but a) no localization support, b) Quite Ubuntu oriented
atm.
a)We can hack that in, and provide it upstream
b)Perhaps at this moment, but it will have to change because
at least Fedora from other non-Debian based distros will embrace
it
