The idea is good, quiet easy to implement, but how would you fill the page:
- from web interface,
- parsing a letter from a security list,
- showing the subject of the letter and a link to it on the page,
- parsing the rss feed of bugs?

The idea is really good, but if you want to automatize this page, the
implementation can be interestig.

p.s.: i have an idea: the security maintainer fills the page and the letter
to the list is sended by this script (and in the future, can be also added to
bugs)
