Subject: Problem logging in to Frugalware webmail
To: List for Frugalware developers <[email protected]>

I discovered last night that I my access to genesis.frugalware.org is
being denied. It's still possible that I have my SSH keys completely
mixed up but to test this I tried to log into the Frugalware webmail
interface and that also failed (on my PC at home). I had recently
switched from a dial-up to ADSL1 Internet connection so I have done
the same test at work and I get the same result. Any attempt to log in
results with the message "Unknown user or password incorrect." but I'm
sure I have both right. Is there anything else I can do to
troubleshoot this problem?

Thankfully this only means that I can't continue work on the
newsletter, so no-one likely to be suffering because of this. :)

OK, I am officially confused. After trying to log in to the Frugalware
webmail interface, I tried to sync the 'frugalware-current' repo on my
MSI notebook, while connected to ADSL at work, and it worked
perfectly, without prompting me for a password. Note that this is a
different Frugalware installation than that on my desktop PC at home,
as the notebook is often sync-ed with the 'current' repository.
