Hello I'm annoyed with corrupted package, and am pretty sure that they are good. Pacman wants to upgrade itself but is not able to do so, because of that error. When trying to skip the upgrade process (by pressing n when it asks) the same error occurs :
# pacman -Suyy openssl erreur: échec de validation de la transaction (paquet corrompu) In english, that means "Validation failed (package corrupted)" # pacman --nointegrity -S openssl Still the same error And still the same with --force ! I'm stuck with that problem, any idea ? --- more --- At the first attempt, pacman could not upgrade itself because wget openssl had some dependencies. I've removed the dependencies, then wget and openssl (with --force :-() Yet, I've upgrade wget, but am unable to upgrade openssl. I'll try to copy files of openssl from another computer to upgrade it manually. I haven't got any better idea yet.
