I believe the full answer is actually no. I.E. Yes, from your Linux system you can connect to the Truman lab network printers but I don't believe you'll be able to successfully print.
The student lab printers are managed by a printer accounting system (PAS). As documented on the ITS web site PAS works with Windows systems and Mac's but not currently with Linux. We do have an open ticket with the PAS development requesting Linux support be added. Linux support "MAY" be added in a PAS update that's scheduled to be released this summer. I will try to remember to contact them tomorrow and get an update. Jim M --------------------- Jim McNabb, Network Manager Truman State University / SunGard Higher Education 100 E. Good luck!
