The blocky-slow full-screen playback can be improved by reducing the screen
resolution when you want to watch full-screen.

You can view the streams with the older flashplugin-9.0.48.x but
9.0.115.0 permits full-screen playback. Unfortunately I've found the
rendering of 9.0.115.0 to be blocky and slow and would stick with 9.0.48.x.
