Oh indeed, I'm not saying it doesn't happen. But for example, if you look at their training schedule: http://training.gbdirect.co.uk/schedule.html .... there's not a _huge_ amount of free software on there. I would bet they do more training in Cisco than any of the free software stuff put together. And I don't think, in that regard, they'll be much different to any other org. out there.
