Again I would check with a solicitor, in case those who have been paying membership fees raise an objection as a point of order at any meeting you may be proposing, further I would recommend that you read Rule 4, paragraph (1) which defines membership as being open to "Individuals of 18 years and over who are interested in furthering the work of the Association and who have paid the annual subscription...", those last seven words being the ones which seem to apply You seem to have some problems with reading the constitution, which leaves your opinions on the legal position of the AFFS not so much in doubt as risible.
