You probably just need to add entries for PAUL and LOCALHOST into your 'hosts' file, which on NT and Win2000 is usually located in c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc. Just follow the examples.

I'm running windows XP professional with all upgrades... super clean system as it is only brand new.
Has anyone seen this problem before and have a remedy for this. The only thing I could put it down to was the google toolbar, but when I disable this it still doesn't make a difference.
