He's still cooking the markup twice, which is inherently evil (why not just use the embed tag? although that's inherently evil). Solves nothing as he's relying on proprietary conditionals for one browser on the market, which is inherently evil (his words).

Stick with Satay, it works. I even got it to work on Flash 5 with Windows ME/ IE 5.5 (an inherently evil combination).
