The quote "It can't happen here" (referring to the US) is probably correct in the current environment, and also a warning. I would suggest that "It should not be allowed to be able to happen here" is a position that more should seriously consider (aka the Presidential Internet Kill Switch). Should the 2nd amendment be amended to read "A well connected community, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to communicate via the Internet shall not be infringed"?
