You definately need more RAM. 64megs is the barebones minimum (even if the box says 32 )for win98/me and that's just enuff for basic email, word processing and surfing (plus the buttload of RAM that the OS takes up.
Ram is real cheap right now so you should grab some more. I'd suggest at least 128 megs so you won't have to worry about it for awhile. I just bought a 256meg stick for 45 bucks (compUSA)so I've got more than I'll ever need! Happy turkey day Everybody!
