We've always had this naming scheme in the SHN community and have had no
problems enforcing it. Here's the best format:

gd1979-12-09d1t01

Four digit year, with the year FIRST.
One digit disc number.
Two digit track number.

It really really helps if everyone does this. I think the program should
auto generate these names if possible, or at least auto generate a fileset
name like gd1979-12-09
