right now Jamie has not made it a priority to add menus that pop up when
you press the right mouse button, but don't worry, he'll get there.
since some people seem not to know this, i figured i'd post and try to
make it clear for everyone. it IS currently possible to cut and paste in
Furthur. in fact, in most programs in windows it is possible to cut and
paste within a text window, even if the program itself doesn't specify the
option. it's easy, so here are a few windows commands that you might find
useful
CTRL-X cut
CTRL-C copy
CTRL-V paste
SHIFT-<arrow key> highlights a word
CTRL-<arrow key> moves the cursor from word to word
(so combining the two you can also do this: SHIFT-CTRL-<arrow key> and you
can highlight words at a time)
TAB will move you from field to field (like the different text
fields in the search window)
SHIFT-TAB will move you backwards from field to field
it took them years and years to publish them all, but here are more
"keyboard shortcuts for windows" (it says they are good for 95/98/ME, but
most of them are also good for NT/2000/XP):
