Instead of popping dialog boxes up for each download how about let the users
decide if they want to see them. Here is a couple reasons why we might want
this.
1. Each dialog takes up memory and if you have ten download going that is
going to eat a lot of memory.
2. I prefer not to have so many dialogs windows for one application.
Here is one way it could be done.
In the partials page when you double click a partial entry the downloading
dialog pops up or the state of the partial. On that dialog is a button to
get the info that you get now if you double click. In the future, all this
could be solved by using popup menus on partials view.
Or
Allow people to close the downloading dialogs without canceling the
download.
