For the remaining betas, can we put this into program so that all screens
have a "Submit Bug" button that will pop up this page? It will speed up
reporting (possibly) and decrease list traffic (possibly).
Though I do value seeing what other folks are reporting as it make me a
little more aware when things start acting silly ;-)
