Whats the deal with the fusebox book?

Does anyone know what the deal is with the fusebox book? I guess
they are late, I can understand that. But if I were late with
bringing something out I would at least let everyone who is waiting
for it know whats going on. We have pre-ordered the book and was told
it would be out the 15th, but have not received any kind of notice to
let us know whats going on....
