I hear from Judith that if you buy it before the conference you can pick up your copy
at the release party at CF_Underground - and even get it signed by Steve, Craig and
Hal... Plus I
think there is some kind of discount too. If you are not making it to DC for the conf
then I believe they will get shipped out to you a week or so later from the
fulfillment center.
