Yes, it was supposed to come out yesterday. But I'd rather not give you guys
a screwed-up copy. Priority for us is to get the book to the printer so the
print book comes out on time, and then to do the ebook. As I said before,
I'm not going to announce any more deadlines until I'm sure we can make
them. However, as soon as the e-book is up, you will be notified.
